The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a great place for relaxation, particularly with the enjoyable private hot tubs. The staff is accommodating and friendly, making for a warm atmosphere. However, some rooms feel outdated and could use some repairs, and there were issues with room service timing that impacted our overall experience. While the location is fantastic for outdoor activities, the ride back to the hotel was marred by the noise from the vibrating air conditioning in the room.
